What this notice covers

This notice covers aisempire.org only. Each property in the network operates its own site and publishes its own privacy notice; this one does not speak for them.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through a consultation form, newsletter signup, or chat conversation. Depending on the channel, that may include your name, email address, phone number, business details, and message. There is no customer account or login on this site.

What we do with it

We use consultation and chat details to respond, qualify your request, and keep the conversation from being lost. Newsletter details are used to send AIS Dispatch and related updates you requested. These records are visible to the people who operate AIS and the service providers that process them on our behalf.

Chat provider

On pages without an embedded form, the chat experience is provided by LeadConnector. Loading or using it may send normal browser and device information, the page you are visiting, and anything you enter in the chat to LeadConnector for delivery and conversation management. The chat is hidden while a consultation form is open.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you used a consultation form or chat.

Removal

Email desk@aisempire.org and ask us to delete your message. We will, and we will confirm when it is done.
